As we prepare for a major product launch, we are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our team and lead our social media strategy and execution. The Social Media Manager will play a pivotal role in building and engaging Better Brush Corp.’s online community across various social media platforms. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy, creating engaging content, and fostering meaningful interactions with our audience. Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic social media plan that aligns with Better Brush Corp.’s brand objectives and business goals.
Content Creation: Create high-quality and engaging content for social media channels, including posts, videos, stories, and graphics.
Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with our online community. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
Audience Growth: Implement tactics to grow our social media following and increase engagement. Explore partnerships, collaborations, and influencer marketing opportunities.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics and performance indicators. Use insights to optimize content strategy and campaign effectiveness.
Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices. Identify opportunities for innovation and experimentation.
Brand Advocacy: Identify and cultivate brand advocates and ambassadors. Encourage user-generated content and leverage user testimonials to amplify brand messaging.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a start-up or high-growth environment.
