Job Description
• Create & post content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, OFTV and other subscription based platforms.
• Learn and analyze metrics and new strategies
• Edit short form videos (reels).
• Edit longer YouTube videos.
• Reformat videos for different platforms.
• Check performance and engagement.
• Provide reports and recommendations.
• Find brands that match the creator's niche and send outreach emails.
• Manage replies and organize opportunities.
• Do research around what other creators are doing, and stay updated on trends.
Skill Set
• Open to Filipinos only based in the Philippines. • Experience with social media management • Graphic and video editing skills (CapCut preferred, but any tool is fine) • Ability to track analytics and provide insights • Creative mindset with ability to suggest ideas • Ability to work independently • Good communication skills
