About the Role
Arrivd is a mobile app launching June 2026 that helps online shoppers track all their orders across multiple retailers in one place. We’re building our audience before launch and need a reliable Social Media Manager to keep our campaign running across Instagram, TikTok, and X.
This is an operations-first role. Our CEO/Founder writes the weekly content brief and approves all posts. You run the publishing system — generating content using AI tools, scheduling across three platforms, monitoring daily, and reporting weekly. Consistent, on-time execution every Sunday is the core requirement.
What You’ll Do
• Run our AI-powered content workflow each Sunday to generate posts for three audience segments across Instagram, TikTok, and X
• Quality-check all content and submit to the CEO/Founder for approval before scheduling
• Generate branded visuals and schedule all 10 posts for the week
• Maintain the weekly content calendar and media library — organized by platform, week, and content type
• Monitor comments, replies, and DMs across all three platforms daily (~15 min)
• Pull weekly analytics from all platforms and send a plain-language performance summary to the CEO/Founder every Friday
• Track visual assets and maintain an accurate post log throughout the campaign
Requirements
• 1,000+ followers on at least one platform (Instagram, TikTok, or X) — demonstrates real-world platform fluency
• Active and consistent personal social media presence
• Comfortable learning and using AI-powered tools and scheduling platforms
• Highly reliable — the Sunday production cycle runs every week without exception
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Clear communicator — proactively flags issues before they affect the schedule
• Self-directed — able to execute a defined workflow independently each week
Nice to Have
• Prior experience with social media scheduling or publishing platforms
• Familiarity with AI content tools
• Understanding of short-form content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and X
• Experience reading and interpreting social media analytics
