Key Responsibilities
- Moderate user-generated content on our clients' platforms, reviewing graphic images, videos, and written content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Participate in frequent refresher training to stay up-to-date on policies and procedures.
- Comply with performance indicators and parameters defined by our clients.
- Review, classify, and eliminate sensitive content according to client parameters.
- Investigate and resolve complex issues regarding content within agreed-upon turnaround times and quality standards.
- Maintain corporate confidentiality policies and handle customer information securely.
- Participate in continuous training programs to optimize your performance.
- Provide trends and insights to improve overall processes and recommend policy and product improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on key workflow changes, operational guidelines, and community standards.
Essential Qualifications
- High School Graduate or GED or higher (proof required).
- Over 18 years of age.
- Ability to work on-site at our El Paso, Texas location.
- Strong emotional intelligence and resilience.
- Comfortable reviewing internet content that may be deemed inappropriate or explicit.
- Attention to detail and ability to be flexible to meet changing business needs.
- Logical problem-solving skills and availability to work various shifts.
- Experienced with Windows operating systems and strong computer skills.
- Ability to type 25 wpm.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months of customer service experience.
- Proven oral and written communication skills.
- Organization and work prioritization skills.
