Your Responsibilities:
- Review content to determine community guidelines are met while upholding a high standard of accuracy and quality
- Participate in frequent refresher training to implement correct policies
- Comply with performance indicators and parameters defined by the client's operation
- Review, classify, and eliminate highly sensitive content according to client parameters
- Investigate and resolve complex issues regarding content within agreed-upon turnaround times and standards of quality
- Comply with corporate confidentiality policies and handle customer information securely
- Participate in continuous training programs for optimal development in the role
- Provide trends and insights to develop improvements to overall processes and provide recommendations for process, policy, and product improvements
We're Looking for:
- Ability to work on-site at our El Paso, Texas location
- Experience navigating internet websites, including social media and commercial websites
- Strong emotional intelligence and resilience
- Comfortability reviewing internet content that may be deemed inappropriate and/or contain explicit material
- Attention to detail and logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts and flexibility to meet changing business needs
- Strong computer skills, including Windows operating systems and ability to use multiple windows and/or programs at the same time
- Ability to type 25 wpm and high school graduate or GED equivalent (proof required)
- Predictable and reliable attendance, with 6 months of customer service experience preferred
- Proven oral and written communication skills, with organization and work prioritization skills
