Role Overview
A ServiceNow Business Analyst (BA) acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. They gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring solutions align with organizational goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
4 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 3 years working on ServiceNow projects.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD).
Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of workflow design, process modeling, and data analysis.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
