As a Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns, building internal and external materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business priorities. Your expertise in marketing, social media ecosystems, and project management will be essential in driving engagement, measuring campaign success, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Campaign Development (50%): Partner with supervisor to develop strategic marketing campaigns, provide creative direction, and secure needed approvals. Contribute ideas and strategies to grow existing and new programs, and develop marketing recommendations, POVs, campaign materials, and communications.
- Reporting and Analysis (20%): Manage campaign measurement tools, collect and compile data, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
- Trending Subject Matter Expert (10%): Research and stay up-to-date on new vendors, partners, and industry trends. Share POVs with the team, manager, and agency partners, and identify new campaign opportunities.
- Vendor Relationships (20%): Manage outside partners, vendors, and agencies to ensure timely, strategic, and budget-friendly execution of programs and tactics.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, sponsorship, event planning, or agency account management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of marketing, social media ecosystems, and online marketing
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit and intellectually curious mindset
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to marketing or equivalent experience
