Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they meet business objectives and are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans to ensure successful project execution.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders and external vendors, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to understand project requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget using appropriate processes and tools.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and RFI logs.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure project success.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency gains.
- Adhere to and implement security best practices, policies, and procedures.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or computer science.
- 3+ years of experience in managing projects in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- 3+ years of experience in ensuring safety on work sites.
- Experience in managing and coordinating subcontractors.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S.
- Knowledge of construction and manufacturing operations.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations and measure areas.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
