We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for our North American stores. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, expanding our customer base, and increasing brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth plans to scale our events and marketing initiatives beyond our core offerings
- Identify and capitalize on channel opportunities to reach specific customer cohorts and drive business results
- Design and execute test-and-learn approaches to optimize event shopping penetration and partner with cross-functional teams to implement
- Collaborate with the Associates team to develop and execute influencer and publisher marketing strategies
- Drive creative excellence in cross-channel campaign executions and invent new targeting capabilities to drive high-value actions
- Partner with Prime marketing to create integrated cross-benefit experiences around cultural events
- Document and manage feedback on automation to ensure progress towards goals is measurable and significant
Requirements:
- 6+ years of professional marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving business results through data-driven marketing strategies
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements, with proficiency in Excel or Tableau
- Proven experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market launches for consumer software or hardware products
What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary ($114,300 - $212,600 per year, depending on location)
