Job Title: Senior Presentation Designer (PowerPoint Specialist)
Schedule: Full-Time
Location: Remote or Onsite (Preference for Eastern Time Zone)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Presentation Designer to support the development of high-impact executive-level presentations. This role will focus on creating visually compelling, concise, and professional PowerPoint materials tailored for senior leadership audiences, including C-suite executives.
The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of design expertise, business acumen, and storytelling ability, with the capability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visual content.
Key Responsibilities
Presentation Development
• Design and build high-quality PowerPoint presentations for executive audiences
• Translate complex business information into clear, concise, and visually compelling graphics
• Create polished, production-ready presentation materials aligned with business objectives
• Execute advanced slide animations, transitions, and visual storytelling techniques
Design & Branding
• Ensure all materials align with established brand guidelines and visual standards
• Develop creative concepts that enhance clarity, engagement, and executive communication
• Produce additional design assets beyond presentations as needed
Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and messaging
• Work closely with senior leaders to develop impactful presentation content
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities
Required Qualifications
• 10 years of experience in a design studio, agency, or as a business owner
• Proven experience creating presentations for senior leadership or executive audiences
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 (M365) tools
• Strong proficiency in professional design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex information into clear visual formats
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines and maintaining design consistency
• Ability to execute high-level slide transitions and animations professionally
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Additional Information
• Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail
