Responsibilities and Duties Conduct consultations with high-net-worth individuals and executives over Zoom. Recommend Medicare plans tailored to client needs, ensuring a consultative approach. Use browser-based tools, including Salesforce CRM, to manage leads and track interactions. Collaborate with the leadership team to maintain a high standard of service. Qualifications and Skills 4+ years of Medicare sales or consulting experience. Active health insurance license in your resident state Professional demeanor and strong executive presence. Proficiency with technology, particularly CRM platforms like Salesforce. Perks Competitive $45,000 base salary with unlimited commission potential. $80,000 on-target earnings (OTE) with uncapped earning potential.
