Bellrae Marketing is a high-touch, strategy-led marketing agency serving service-based businesses. We partner closely with our clients to drive growth through thoughtful strategy, strong execution, and real results.
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Strategist & Client Success Lead to serve as the day-to-day marketing authority for our team while owning client strategy and performance across social media, SEO, email marketing, and website projects.
You’ll be the go-to person for the team on marketing decisions, content direction, SEO strategy, and client success while partnering closely with our COO on delivery execution and operations.
This role also includes temporarily managing a small number of client accounts until we bring on an additional Digital Marketing Manager.
If you enjoy building, improving systems, guiding a team, and owning outcomes in a growing agency - this role is for you.
Our Values
We value max effort, extreme ownership, brand stewardship, high performance, and results-focused execution. We are looking for someone who thinks like an owner, takes pride in excellence, and is committed to continuous improvement both personally and professionally.
About the Role
You will serve as the senior marketing strategist across client accounts, providing strategic direction, quality control, and leadership to ensure high standards and strong results.
You’ll guide the team on what to do and why, review work before it goes out the door, help shape content and SEO strategy, and lead high-level client initiatives like website redesigns and brand launches
You’ll also act as the strategic point of contact for select client accounts (temporarily), running meetings and building reports until our team grows.
This role is designed to reduce founder involvement in daily marketing decisions over time and create a clear strategy layer within the agency.
The ideal candidate will be on the East Coast and able to travel to Richmond, VA or Charleston, SC as needed.
A Note on This Role
Bellrae is in a high-growth season.
While this is a senior strategy role, we’re also in a building phase. That means the right person isn’t above jumping in when needed.
You will:
• Replace the founder as the day-to-day marketing decision-maker for the team
• Own strategy across all client accounts
• Lead high-level initiatives
• Temporarily manage a small number of client accounts
• Run monthly client meetings
• Build and present client reports
• Serve as primary point of contact for select clients
• Help bridge the gap as we grow our team
If you’re looking for a purely advisory or hands-off leadership role, this won’t be the right fit.
If you enjoy building, improving systems as you go, and taking ownership in a growing agency, we’d love to meet you.
