Job Description:
• Drive a multi-channel and candidate-driven approach to talent attraction
• Lead a team of creative recruitment marketing professionals and develop, deploy, measure, and optimize integrated marketing plans
• Ensure vendor performance, deliver high-level executive reporting, and maintain ROI-focused budget management
• Use available data to drive marketing strategies to ensure optimized return on investment
• Empower the recruiting teams with impactful and creative marketing tactics
• Analyze DaVita's current candidate journey and identify trends and recommend improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years experience leading small to mid-sized teams
• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with 8+ years supporting talent brand for a Healthcare organization or 8 or more years' experience implementing an Employment Branding Strategy
• Proven track record of identifying, testing, and launching new programs
• Proven experience devising integrated marketing plans that leverage the Paid-Owned-Earned-Shared media
• Understanding of how to create an employment brand strategy that can also be localized CRM Strategy and implementation
