This role will focus on guiding packaging innovation that enhances food and beverage quality, delights customers, reduces store complexity, and cares for the planet. You will be a strategic thought leader, building the product strategy, articulating it in a simple and compelling narrative, defining the product roadmap with requirements, and driving alignment with cross-functional teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Be a strategic thought leader: build the product strategy, articulate it in a simple and compelling narrative, define the product roadmap with requirements, and drive alignment with cross-functional teams. * Define opportunities: Collaborate with partners and team members to translate business questions into key problems to solve, set strategic priorities around desired outcomes, and develop hypotheses to guide research, development, and testing. * Prioritize for impact: Understand what success looks like, define it, measure it, and deliver on it.
