As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, expanding our merchant network, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Job Summary:
- Acquire and manage key merchant accounts (large standalone accounts, multiple store/MID accounts, city/regional chains) for our payment solutions
- Develop and execute strategic plans to retain and cross-sell other products to existing clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Ensure high-quality account acquisition, onboarding, and engagement with our payment solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and drive growth
Key Responsibilities:
- New account acquisition for Paytm payment solutions, focusing on key outlets
- Account management of existing clients, including regular visits, relationship-building, and issue resolution
- Acquisition quality assurance, ensuring onboarded accounts are engaged with Paytm
- Location: Pune, with potential travel to other locations as required
