Senior HR Generalist, Pension and Leave Management

Job Description: • Contribute to the strategic direction of business and support impactful mission outcomes as a Senior HR Generalist at GDIT. • Enable the success of the most critical government missions and growth in Human Resources. • Support daily International HR functions focused on global pension/retirement planning/administration and leave management. • Maintain country compliance and local regulatory knowledge, international policy updates, global pension administration, and managing country leave regulations. • Drive an engaging employee experience through cross-team collaboration.
