Senior Data Engineer (SQL, Snowflake, ETL, dbt, Airflow, Python)
Client: United US – Healthcare Domain
Location: 100% Remote (USA)

Experience Required: 14+ Years (Very Senior Profiles Only)
Mandatory: Glider Assessment Must Be Cleared Before Submission
Domain: Healthcare (Claims Data Experience Required)
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and optimize complex ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL, Python, and dbt
• Build and manage scalable data warehouse solutions in Snowflake
• Orchestrate workflows using Apache Airflow
• Develop and maintain transformation models using dbt
• Work extensively with large healthcare datasets, especially Claims data
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks
• Optimize queries and warehouse performance
• Implement data governance and security best practices
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders
• Support production deployments and troubleshoot data issues
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 14+ years of overall IT experience (Very Senior Profiles Only)
• Strong SQL expertise (complex joins, performance tuning, query optimization)
• Extensive hands-on experience with Snowflake (data modeling, performance optimization, Snowpipe, etc.)
• Strong ETL/ELT pipeline development experience
• Hands-on experience with dbt (data transformation & modeling)
• Experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration
• Strong Python programming skills for data engineering tasks
• Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts & dimensional modeling
• Experience working with large-scale structured healthcare datasets
• Experience implementing CI/CD for data workflows
Mandatory Domain Requirement
• Strong Healthcare domain experience
• Hands-on Claims data experience is strictly required
• Understanding of healthcare compliance and data privacy standards is a plus
Screening Requirement
• Glider Assessment Test is Mandatory
• Candidates must clear the test before submission/interview
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in enterprise-level healthcare environments
• Experience with cloud-based architectures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
