Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conversational AI Specialist with over 6 years of expertise in designing developing and optimizing intelligent virtual agents using Dialogflow CX Gemini Google Cloud technologies and multi-lingual capabilities
The ideal candidate will be passionate about building scalable high-performing conversational experiences and driving innovation through AI-powered solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced conversational agents using Dialogflow CX Gemini and Google Cloud AI technologies
- Implement and maintain multilingual bots ensuring seamless user experience across languages
- Apply industry best practices for conversational design NLP tuning and bot performance optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers product managers and developers to deliver high-quality AI solutions
- Conduct regular performance audits and implement enhancements to improve bot accuracy response time and user satisfaction
- Integrate conversational agents with backend systems APIs and third-party platforms
- Deploy and manage conversational agents on Google Cloud infrastructure for scalability and reliability
- Stay updated with the latest trends in conversational AI NLP Gemini and Google Cloud technologies
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing
Required Skills Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Conversational AI development
- Strong hands-on experience with Dialogflow CX Gemini and Google Cloud AI frameworks
- Proven track record of building and scaling multilingual conversational agents
- Deep understanding of NLP intent recognition entity extraction and context management
- Experience with bot performance tuning analytics and AB testing
- Proficiency in JavaScript Python or other relevant programming languages
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs webhooks and cloud-based integrations
- Excellent problem-solving communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Cloud Certification in AIML or Dialogflow
- Experience with other conversational platforms e.g. Rasa Microsoft Bot Framework
- Exposure to voice bot development and speech-to-text technologies
- Experience working in agile environments and using tools like JIRA Confluence etc.,
