Execute back-end development across a spectrum of web and app product environments and help maintain ticketing integrity and engage at a high level with the client and team to share what’s possible as a creative solution.
Project duration is from the beginning of August until the end of September.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain back-end systems using Django and Wagtail CMS.
Integrate APIs, data sources, and third-party services into custom solutions.
Collaborate closely with design, product, and front-end teams to translate project requirements into scalable technical implementations.
Provide insight into technical possibilities and constraints during planning phases.
Ensure digital products are built to meet accessibility standards and perform reliably across environments.
Maintain clear documentation, proactive communication, and consistent ticketing practices to support team velocity.
Stay up-to-date with best practices in performance, security, and emerging web technologies.
Lead and mentor junior developers when applicable (leadership experience is a plus).
5 years of experience in back-end development.
Fluency in Wagtail/Django, both with and without frameworks.
