About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and passionate Seasonal Healthcare Trainer to join our team as a WAH-Remote (NA) - U.S. trainer. As a key member of our training team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through comprehensive training and support. Key Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Healthcare Trainer, you'll be responsible for delivering client-focused training to address new hire, product update, and recursive training requirements in support of client programs. Your primary objectives will be to ensure superior workforce preparation with best-in-class service and delivery. Key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering client-focused training to address new hire, product update, and recursive training requirements in support of client programs.
- Attaining and maintaining certification in the Trainer Certification Program.
- Providing mentoring to Program Ready Trainers.
- Curriculum review and modification as needed.
- Evaluation of training programs using various feedback methods, including focus groups, interviews, and surveys.

What You'll Do in This Role
As a Seasonal Healthcare Trainer working from home, you'll be responsible for:
- Day-to-day functional direction of agents within the program training classroom environment, including student progress monitoring for the duration of training, providing coaching and developmental feedback, and readiness recommendations.
- Accountability for achieving individual training performance metrics.
- Utilizing effective presentation and facilitation skills, including creative training techniques and adult/accelerated learning techniques, using a variety of training delivery modalities in a classroom environment.
- Preparing and presenting training materials through classroom learning, hands-on demonstrations, and supporting activities.
- Measuring the effectiveness of training programs using various feedback methods, including focus groups, interviews, and surveys, to lead to enhancement of training resources and programs based on results of evaluation.
Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience and necessary licensing related to the support and selling of medical insurance.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field from a four-year college or university, with two to four years of relevant experience preferred.
- Proven experience in training methodologies and soft skills, including communication skills, critical thinking, time management, team building, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
