While most of our collaboration happens online, we are part of international projects, so occasional business travel to client sites (within or outside the EU) may be required.
Role & responsibilities
• Acting as functional consultant for the SAP Project System (PS) module in logistic environment
• Designing and configuring solutions within SAP PS while ensuring proper integration with SAP FI and SAP CO modules
• Working with surrounding modules (SAP FI & SAP CO) to ensure end-to-end process consistency
• Continuously building knowledge of SAP Project System (PS) to better support client requirements
• Contributing to project meetings, sharing insights, and helping ensure smooth and successful project outcomes
• Configuring system solutions and supporting debugging and issue resolution across module boundaries
• Supporting integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) for cross-functional processes
• Identifying process improvement opportunities and proposing best-practice solutions
• Leading or supporting client workshops and requirement gathering sessions
• Providing guidance to clients on business process design and system capabilities
• Collaborating with technical teams, developers, and other functional consultants
• Ensuring high-quality documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
• Supporting project estimation, scope clarification, and delivery planning
• Monitoring solution effectiveness and business value delivered to the client
• The role is primarily remote; however, it may involve travel to client sites or participation in important industry events, accounting for approx. up to 10-30% of your time
What is expected of you
• Minimum 3 years of experience working as a functional SAP Consultant (preferable in-house or implementation consultant), primarily with the SAP PS module or SAP FI or SAP CO
• Proven experience as functional SAP consultant in implementation or maintenance projects with SAP PS/FI/CO as main responsibility
• Solid understanding of finance, controlling processes and project accounting in SAP environment
• Practical knowledge of integration points between financial modules (FI, CO) and surrounding ones (e.g., PS, SD, MM, TM)
• Openness to continuously expand knowledge in SAP PS and surrounding modules
• Experience in at least one full-cycle implementation project in SAP (preferred: multiple)
• Ability to analyze cross-module dependencies and design integrated solutions
• Ability to conduct discussions with business stakeholders and translate needs into system solutions
• Configuration and debugging skills within functional scope
• Experience in requirements gathering, project documentation, and solution design
• Experience supporting testing activities including integration and UAT
• Experience in delivering or supporting end-user workshops and business presentations for stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a consulting mindset and a business acumen approach
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, with advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas
• A high degree of independence in organizing one’s work and collaborating effectively within a team
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members
• Fluency in both Polish and English (B2/C1 or above) — with proven ability to work and communicate effectively in an international business environment – MUST HAVE
Nice to have
• Certifications in SAP PS, SAP FI or SAP CO are highly valued
• Good knowledge of ABAP programming language
