Responsibilities
- Support Salesforce development — building, configuring, and maintaining solutions that enhance business workflows
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, triggers, validation rules, and custom layouts
- Troubleshoot production issues and participate in test planning, execution, and validation within sandbox and production environments
- Partner with project managers, architects, and functional teams across sales, pricing, order, and billing operations to ensure alignment with business goals
- Gain exposure to AI-assisted productivity tools and participate in automating workflows and system processes
Skills
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Currently pursuing a degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of one or more of the following technologies: Java, JavaScript, Node.js, HTML, CSS, Apex, LWC, SQL, Git, REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a passion for learning new technologies
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities—you enjoy collaborating and sharing ideas
- Curious, motivated, and humble—someone who takes initiative and enjoys tackling challenges
- Demonstrated interest in using AI tools to enhance efficiency and automation
