As a key member of our sales team, you will collaborate closely with the VP, Sales to create a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with our business goals. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development (L&D), Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. 5 years of experience as a Sales Training Manager or similar role within the SaaS or fintech industry. Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to design and deliver engaging training content. Proficiency in using e-learning tools and platforms. Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and sales performance. Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
