Job Title: Sales & Revenue Operations Lead Company: Tradeline Works Location: Remote / Hybrid Status: Part-Time (20 to 25 hrs/wk) for 90-day contract, transitioning to Full-Time (35 to 40 hrs/wk) THE MISSION At Tradeline Works, we don’t just sell tradelines; we build bridges. We help Americans leverage credit to unlock real estate opportunities and create generational wealth. We are looking for a high-level Operator to take the wheel of our day-to-day operations. You are not an expense on our balance sheet. You are a Revenue Generator. This role is measured directly on revenue growth, conversion improvement, fulfillment speed, and net profit impact. Your goal is to lead our sales and service teams so effectively that the owner can step back, knowing the business is growing faster, leaner, and more profitably under your watch. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Ignition Lead two part-time sales agents. You will coach them to hit aggressive metrics and sales targets, ensuring every lead is maximized and every opportunity is followed through. Service Excellence & Profit Protection Oversee two part-time customer support members. You will ensure orders are verified and approved with speed while empowering the team to identify upsell opportunities and protect existing revenue. Operational Architecture You are a systems thinker who eliminates manual bottlenecks. You will refine and restructure our Order-to-Revenue workflow so it scales efficiently and predictably. The Money Metric Your performance is judged by ROI. Whether through increasing sales conversion, reducing churn, shortening the fulfillment cycle, or improving revenue per lead, your actions must generate measurable profit lift. AUTHORITY & OWNERSHIP You will have authority to: • Restructure processes and workflows • Hold team members accountable to performance standards • Replace underperformers • Adjust compensation in partnership with the General Manager • Implement automation tools and operational systems You are not here to manage tasks. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN 90 DAYS • Lead response time reduced • Conversion rate measurably improved • Order verification consistently under 12 hours • Weekly KPI dashboard implemented and reviewed • At least 2 operational bottlenecks automated • Clear link between operational changes and revenue lift THE A-PLAYER PROFILE Experience 3 to 5+ years in Operations, Sales Management, or Revenue Operations. Experience in financial services, credit, or real estate is a significant plus. Mindset You fix problems without waiting for permission. You move fast, test, adjust, and improve. You think in metrics and leverage. Performance Orientation You thrive in high-accountability environments. Metrics matter. Speed matters. Ownership matters. Coaching DNA You know how to elevate B players into A players through structure, clarity, and accountability. Tech Forward Proficient in CRMs and automation tools.
