About the Role:

Are you ready to dive into a fast-paced environment, working directly alongside executive leadership, and handling critical business functions from sales to client success? As our Sales Ops Associate, you will be at the epicenter of cross-functional projects, helping to streamline operations, improve performance, and ensure that we are consistently driving towards our growth and revenue goals.

This role is not for the faint of heart. You’ll be expected to manage high-priority projects across multiple teams (Sales, Client Success, Marketing), track KPIs that directly impact the bottom line, and ensure that every function runs smoothly and in alignment with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Execution Across Functions:

    • Project Management: Own and track multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful execution across various business units (Sales, Client Success, Marketing).

    • Process Optimization: Work with teams to identify bottlenecks in sales processes, client success workflows, and lifecycle management. Implement improvements that align with company goals (e.g., customer retention, pipeline velocity, etc.).

    • Coordination & Collaboration: Partner with sales leaders, marketers, and client success managers to ensure business objectives are being met and projects are executed to the highest standards.

  2. Data-Driven Decision Making:

    • KPI Tracking: Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as LTV, ACV, churn, CPL, CAC, retention rates, and conversion rates. Ensure all teams are aligned with growth targets and making data-driven decisions.

    • Reporting & Insights: Compile business-critical reports and provide actionable insights to leadership, identifying trends and opportunities for operational improvements.

  3. Strategic Support for Sales & Client Success:

    • Sales Process Support: Assist with refining sales strategies, ensuring that SDRs/BDRs are aligned with objectives and working efficiently to increase conversion rates and sales pipeline velocity.

    • Client Success Strategy: Play a pivotal role in the build-out and ongoing management of client success initiatives, ensuring high-quality customer experiences, retention, and LTV optimization.

    • Lifecycle & CRM Strategy: Help refine the customer lifecycle strategy, ensuring effective use of CRM tools and identifying opportunities for improvement at each stage of the customer journey.

  4. Leadership & Team Accountability:

    • Execution & Follow-Up: Regularly monitor team progress on projects, ensuring deadlines are met and that tasks are completed according to plan. Hold teams accountable for their performance.

    • Facilitate Feedback Loops: Work with leadership to ensure feedback on team performance is actionable, helping to set clear expectations and milestones for improvement.

  5. Administrative & Executive Support:

    • Calendar & Time Management: Manage scheduling for key meetings and ensure that all tasks align with broader strategic initiatives.

    • OKRs & Compensation: Assist with the administration of OKRs, ensuring alignment with business goals. Help coordinate compensation planning and performance management (PIPs).
