About the Role: As a Cosentino Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with Costco members and driving sales through exceptional product demonstrations and customer service. You will: • Engage with Costco Members: Provide outstanding customer service, answer questions, and generate qualified leads for Cosentino countertops. • Showcase Product Excellence: Demonstrate the unique beauty, durability, and performance of Cosentino products (Silestone, Dekton, etc.). • Build Rapport and Drive Sales: Establish strong connections with potential customers, understand their needs, and schedule in-home consultations to close sales. • Achieve Sales Goals: Actively contribute to the success of roadshow events by meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Maintain Brand Standards: Represent Cosentino and Top Priority, Inc. in a professional and polished manner at all times. We Are Looking For: • Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated individuals with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • A passion for sales, customer service, and interacting with the public. • A professional and well-groomed appearance. • The ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate roadshow schedules. • Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred. • An interest in home improvement, interior design, or related fields is a plus.
