About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager, Channel to help drive Ramp’s next phase of growth. The objective of this role is to own the continued development and deployment of a best-in-class enablement to our Channel organization empowering our reps to become experts in evolving Product & Systems knowledge, increase connectivity between our org and the Pre & Post Sales teams, and codify our Rules of Engagement. This position reports directly to the Sr. Manager Finance & Operations and partners with Sales, Strategic Finance, Business Systems, Product Marketing, and Solutions Consulting to identify key metric drivers that guide our Channel enablement strategy. This role is a mix of program management and hands-on enablement - we’re looking for someone who can think strategically about the needs of our business and is comfortable owning the full lifecycle of programming from development through delivery.
