Job Role: Sales Development Representative (004 - 00272)

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Compensation range: up to 1,800 AUD / Month (Depends on the client assessment)

Contract Type: Independent Contractor Agreement; Full-Time; Remote

Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

Who The Client Is:

[Confidential] is a profitable, fast-growing SaaS startup helping local service businesses dominate Google Maps by automating the process of getting 5-star reviews. By integrating with CRMs, booking, invoicing, or payment systems, [Confidential] sends personalised SMS review requests and follow-ups, making it effortless for customers to leave reviews.

We operate in a high-potential, untapped market — every local business knows reviews are vital, but most struggle to get them consistently. Our enriched and high-quality prospect list allows SDRs to dial straight to decision makers and start driving results from day one.

You’ll work directly with our founder, who brings 15 years of experience at PayPal, HubSpot, and SEMrush, has built sales teams from scratch, and personally mentors SDRs. [Confidential] is scaling rapidly, offering huge future opportunities. High-performing SDRs can hit 150% of targets and earn above the base contractor rate.

This is a role where your work will have a direct impact on growth, and you’ll be joining a team committed to supporting and developing top talent in outbound sales.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to conduct outbound calls to Australian businesses, generate interest, qualify prospects, and book qualified discovery/demo calls with the founder.

This is a contractor position — you’ll have the flexibility to manage your own time, with calls generally made during Australian business hours to maximise connection rates.
