The Customer Experience Support Specialist role is a critical part of our customer service team, responsible for managing customer emails, live chat sessions, inbound phone calls, and social media interactions. Your primary objective will be to engage our customers purposefully, achieve 100% service resolution within 24 hours, and reply to customers in a timely manner in line with our departmental KPIs.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be an excellent communicator with excellent verbal and writing skills. You'll also need to be able to deliver on schedule, working calmly and efficiently under pressure. Additionally, you'll need to have a desire to develop the arenaflex communication to an audience beyond the website, with increasing knowledge and insight into our customer's habits and reactions.
This role will have many touchpoints within the online team, and depending on your success, skill set, and desire, the Customer Experience Support Specialist will have exposure to service delivery management, fulfillment management, content management, and customer engagement (EDM) coordination. As you grow and develop in this role, you'll have opportunities to take on new challenges and responsibilities, and we'll support you every step of the way.
