Job Description
arenaflex is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Remote Financial Agent. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping others, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and value flexibility in their schedule. As a Remote Financial Agent, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our organization by recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new employees, as well as creating and delivering financial plans to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct calls with representatives to expand the reach of arenaflex
- Conduct appointments with potential clients, working around your schedule to accommodate their needs
- Become fluent in financial products, obtaining required licenses (Life and Series 6) and optional licenses (Series 26, 63, 65)
- Train and onboard new hires, developing them into key team members
- Create and deliver financial plans to clients, ensuring their financial goals are met
