A nationally ranked firm recognized as Band 1 for eDiscovery & Information Governance, is seeking a Senior Review & Analytics Attorney to join its fully remote team.
This firm focuses exclusively on Information Law, including eDiscovery, information governance, data privacy, and data security. It is frequently retained by corporations — and even other Am Law firms — as co-counsel for complex, high-stakes discovery matters.
This is not document review. This role is focused on strategic leadership of review workflows, privilege analysis, and discovery protocol development.
What You’ll Do
• Lead privilege and second-level review teams, including vendor coordination
• Develop defensible review protocols and discovery strategies
• Participate in discovery negotiations and risk management discussions
• Support data collection, processing, and production workflows

100% Remote (minimal U.S. travel)
Preference for ET or CT time zones
$187.5K–$230K + annual bonus (8–20%+ based on hours and performance)
⏳ 1950 billable hours required for bonus eligibility
Requirements
• 10+ years leading privilege and second-level review work
• Active license in one of the following states:
CA, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, NJ, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, TX, VA, WA, or WV
• Majority of experience must be as an employee of a law firm or eDiscovery consulting organization (not temp-only work)
• Candidates should demonstrate career stability
