Cynet Systems is seeking a WFM Product Analyst to support system enhancements and customer support activities for workforce management solutions. The role involves collaborating with business and technical teams, troubleshooting complex issues, and delivering scalable solutions aligned with business requirements.
Responsibilities
• Follow the development lifecycle and adhere to standard procedures
• Support acquisition-related system work and ongoing application maintenance
• Research and resolve issues across systems and interfaces
• Identify root causes and implement improvements to prevent recurring issues
• Assist with project and product releases
• Participate in design and development assignments
• Develop a strong understanding of assigned applications and system architecture
• Research new industry technologies as needed
• Deliver work according to commitments and project plan dates
• Collaborate with business analysts on project requirements
• Participate in troubleshooting complex issues
• Provide creative solutions and database or software management approaches for new business requirements
• Interpret and convert complex pay policy requirements into system configurations
• Configure and maintain third-party time and attendance solutions for initiatives and ongoing support
• Coordinate testing, documentation, planning, and help-desk activities as assigned
• Perform light application development when required
• Provide second-level support for software and hardware timekeeping solutions
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support major initiatives and ongoing maintenance
