Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Forefront Dermatology is seeking a Remote Total Rewards Analyst to support the administration of compensation and benefits programs. This role serves as a key point of contact for employee inquiries regarding Total Rewards and involves customer service, data management, and analytical support.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact to resolve employee inquiries and issues related to benefits, compensation, pay practices, and Total Rewards policies
- Maintain knowledge base documentation and frequently asked questions to support employee self-service
- Day-to-day administration of medical, dental, vision, retirement, and wellness programs including eligibility, enrollment, and auditing
- Coordinate with benefits vendors to resolve employee issues and eligibility discrepancies
- Responsible for compensation and benefits data maintenance including job codes, salary ranges, pay changes, employee life events in the HRIS
- Support market pricing and compensation analysis projects by gathering and organizing data, including salary survey submissions
- Assist with the annual processes including open enrollment and merit review process including data preparation, system audits, testing and communication
- Maintain job descriptions and job catalog information
- Assist with reporting requests from HR leadership, Finance, and operations
- Assist with compliance documentation, policy updates and standard operating procedures
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years of related experience
- Basic understanding of employee benefits programs and compensation practices
- Strong critical thinking, attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to explain information clearly to employees
- Problem-solving and issue resolution, with a focus on ongoing process improvement and efficiency
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Attention to confidentiality and data privacy
- Experience market pricing jobs preferred
- Experience supporting employees in an HR service center environment preferred
- Experience in healthcare or multi-location organizations is a plus
