Key Responsibilities

- Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and evaluations to inform instruction and adjust teaching strategies.
- Collaborate with families, general education teachers, and specialists to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of students in a virtual environment, using data-driven instruction and research-based practices.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress, IEP goals, and communication with stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A valid Rhode Island teaching license with a Special Education endorsement.
- A Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
- At least two years of classroom teaching experience in special education, with a proven track record of success.
