They are seeking a Software Engineer to join their early engineering team, where the role involves building and scaling search and ranking systems, developing AI legal workflows, and collaborating closely with product engineers.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale search & ranking systems
- Develop next generation agentic AI legal workflow
- Work closely with product engineers to translate customer needs into features, we SHIP DAILY
- Work on AI pipelines, OCR, and RAG
Skills
- 0-7 year of experiences. Early stage startup or ex-founder experience is required for this role
- Proficient in Python / Typescript
- Familiarity with serverless infrastructure and LLM prompt engineering
- Previous search and ranking experience (huge plus)
- Experience with Elasticsearch / document-heavy systems and OCR/document parsing (huge plus)
