Key Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive chip design from netlist to tapeout
- Collaborate with the FE team to drive design decisions and optimize physical design workflows
- Work with the physical design team to develop and implement best practices, drive performance, and track progress
- Resolve design and workflow issues related to physical design, identify potential solutions, and drive implementation
Requirements:
- Minimum BS degree and 3+ years of relevant industry experience
- Proficient in package or top-level P&R execution, including floorplanning, clock and power distribution, timing closure, physical and electrical verification
- Experience with top-level design, preferably with industry-standard tools
- Strong knowledge of physical design development and assessment flows and methodologies
- Proven ability to meet tight design and delivery schedules
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
