Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Senior Technical Trainer, you'll be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications and Skills

- 5-7+ years of experience in one of the following domains within a SaaS or iPaaS company: technical instruction, solutions engineering or consulting (pre- or post-sales), or customer-facing professional services.

- Confidence in addressing customer inquiries and adept at managing live training sessions.
