Lucky Dog Mobile Groomers is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Remote Scheduler & Client Support Coordinator to support our grooming teams and clients across North and Central Alabama. This is a work-from-home position ideal for someone with prior remote experience who enjoys customer service, organization, and working with animal-focused businesses.
Schedule
• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Saturday: A few hours in the morning
• Consistent hours with limited weekend time
• Fully remote
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls, texts, and messages from new and existing clients
• Provide information on services, pricing, service areas, and dog breed/weight requirements
• Schedule and manage grooming appointments via phone, text, social media, and scheduling software
• Coordinate daily schedules for groomers to ensure efficient routing
• Confirm appointments and communicate schedule updates with clients and groomers
• Assist with rescheduling and customer notifications if groomers are running ahead or behind
• Update client records and service tickets accurately
• Send and collect payments after completed appointments as needed
Qualifications
• Previous work-from-home experience required
• Strong customer service and phone communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for animals, especially dogs
• Comfortable using scheduling and messaging software
• Experience with MoeGo software is a plus
