Required Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive experience in sales and marketing within multi-unit, branded hotels (minimum 10 years)
- Proven track record of success in a Director of Sales & Marketing role with mid to large-sized hotels
- Proficient in general sales techniques and strategies
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
