Outbound Sales Pro is a high-growth tech-enabled outbound service company looking for motivated individuals to join as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). The role involves conducting outbound cold calls to potential customers, refining sales pitches, and developing essential cold-calling skills.
Responsibilities
- Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events
- Collaborate with sales management to achieve objectives and enhance performance
- Prospect leads by doing a variety of actions, such as calling, texting, or emailing individuals, and chatting with them at events
- Identify and create high-value business opportunities for our sales team to pursue and close
- Keep an eye on what the competition is doing, and come up with a strategy to market to potential customers
Skills
- High school diploma required
- Successful experience providing customer service preferred
- Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
- Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and meeting goals
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Understanding the sales process and how to enter information into client databases desired
