They are seeking a Remote Data Research & Entry Specialist to assist with the collection and maintenance of housing data, involving tasks like monitoring project websites and inputting sales data into their proprietary system.
Responsibilities
- Monitor project websites, city planning documents, and information supplied by Zonda Urban for information releases
- Making inquiries via phone to gain information not included in project websites, city planning documents, and information supplied by Zonda Urban
- Input sales data and relevant information received from multiple sources into ZU's proprietary NHSLive data product
- Use multiple different tools in order to help verify information accuracy
- Monitor all active development permits in relevant cities
- Maintain an accurate representation of upcoming multi-family projects and monitor the scheduled launch dates and any changes in the development permit status
