Responsibilities
- Handle 8+ scheduled Zoom consultations/day with real estate agents (no cold calling)
- Consultative selling: Walk agents through their pain points, match them with the right lead package, and close deals
- Follow up relentlessly with no-shows - reschedule and get prospects moving through the pipeline
- Use CRM tools to stay organized, manage follow-ups, and track deal flow
- Improve constantly by applying coaching, following scripts, and executing best practices
