As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing resumes, conducting in-depth interviews with candidates, and discussing job opportunities and career paths with them. Your goal will be to ensure a steady pipeline of top talent, working collaboratively with our team to achieve exceptional results.

About the Role:

• Review and screen resumes to identify top candidates
• Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their skills and fit
• Discuss job opportunities and career paths with candidates, providing guidance and support
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet business needs
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to achieve exceptional results

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or sourcing (preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (full-time remote position)
