Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Akkodis Group Nordics is seeking a QE Test Architect (MenaStack) for a contract role. This position requires deep expertise in test automation frameworks and data architecture to support high-quality delivery, while collaborating with various teams to enhance testing efficiency and governance.
Responsibilities
• Architect scalable, secure, and resilient test environments along with synthetic data and test data pipelines to support enterprise‑wide testing needs
• Collaborate with QE, DevOps, and development teams to define test architecture roadmaps and integrate testing capabilities into CI/CD pipelines
• Establish governance, compliance, and best‑practice standards for test data, environment management, and automation frameworks
• Optimize integration across test management platforms, automation tools, analytics systems, and orchestration solutions to enhance testing efficiency
• Evaluate, pilot, and implement tools for test data management, environment orchestration, and automated pipelines within the TCoE
• Develop architectural documentation and conduct training sessions to enable QE teams on frameworks, tools, and testing best practices
Skills
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 6–8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Architecture, TestOps, or related automation/DevOps domains
• Proven expertise in designing test architectures, data pipelines, and test environment orchestration within Agile and DevOps frameworks
• Strong hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), CI/CD integrations, and test lifecycle automation tools
