Responsibilities

- Meeting & Logistics Support: Run seamless meetings with clear agendas, sharp notes, and strong follow‑through
- Progress Tracking: Stay ahead of issues by monitoring milestones and delivering fast, clear updates
- Budget & Revenue Support: Maintain financial clarity by tracking budgets, revenue, and expenses with precision
- Risk & Issue Support: Spot risks early and help drive smart, timely mitigation
- Quality & Process Adherence: Uphold high standards in every document, deliverable, and process
- Operational Problem Solving: Quickly clear roadblocks to keep momentum strong and projects moving
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel pivot tables, reporting tools required)
- Experience with financial or project management systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking
