Key Responsibilities and Duties

As a Remote Overnight Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to customers and potential clients
• Consistently and accurately documenting all information pertaining to accounts
• Using basic business math to solve problems and making payment arrangements
• Speaking clearly, concisely, and effectively; listening to, and understanding information and ideas as presented verbally
• Maintaining a manner that shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism when speaking to customers
• Following written and/or verbal instructions and working within the laws, rules, regulations, policies, and/or procedures
• Processing card payments accurately and performing the initial approval of potential borrowers
• Reviewing applicants to evaluate their eligibility for loans and finalizing loan details
• Keeping customers informed about rules and obligations and remaining up to speed regarding lending and other financial services
• Creating and renewing records and identifying customer needs
• Exploring all options available to customers and meeting monthly individual goals as set by management

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Excellent Customer Service skills and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations
• Proficiency with technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems
• A minimum of a High school diploma or GED
• Proficient use of MS: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the Internet and cloud-based storage
