Key Responsibilities
- Conduct approximately 50 outbound calls per hour using an automatic dialer system to present and schedule complimentary healthcare evaluations, showcasing your ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Utilize approved scripts (over 20) while addressing member inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and clarity, demonstrating your excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor in all interactions with clients, health plan members, and colleagues, embodying our organization's values of empathy and collaboration.
- Achieve daily metrics, including outbound dials (300-400 per day) and appointment sets (24 per day), showcasing your ability to meet and exceed performance expectations.
- Manage appointment details (adjust, reschedule, cancel) with both members and healthcare providers as required, highlighting your organizational and time management skills.
- Supervise and document performance metrics using designated reporting tools, demonstrating your attention to detail and ability to analyze data.
- Promptly communicate member complaints and escalations to management, showcasing your ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Engage in peer coaching sessions to foster team development as needed, highlighting your ability to support and motivate colleagues.
- Comply with HIPAA and other security regulations while handling sensitive health information, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding industry standards.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment or 2 years in general work settings (required).
- Prior experience in outbound call centers or high-volume environments (advantageous).
- Strong communication abilities, with a friendly and conversational approach.
- Proficient computer skills, enabling multitasking across various systems.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

- A starting hourly rate of $15.00, with unlimited monthly commission potential.
