About the Role
As a Remote Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be supporting one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S., handling inbound calls related to auto and property policies. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests in a professional and empathetic manner. Key Responsibilities
