Responsibilities
- Close warm sales leads from customers inquiring about our home warranty policy
- Ability to develop a strong rapport with the customer and drive the appropriate conversions
- Ability to quickly identify customer needs and make appropriate decisions
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, even under stressful situations
- Multi-tasking between speaking and data capture
- Ability to learn product suite quickly
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge
Skills
- 1+ Years of experience and success in sales, and building rapport
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with internal & external clients
- Ability to close deals and up-sale policy
- Ability to work independently while continuing to focus on goals and meeting deadlines
- Strong phone presence
