Key Responsibilities:

- Navigate multiple computer systems to assist customers with their home improvement projects
- Coordinate online orders, delivery, and installation of appliances
- Resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency in multiple systems
Nice-to-Haves:
- Open availability between 6am-2am EST, 7 days a week
- Reliable transportation to and from the training site in Lakeland, FL
